My iPhone X locked up when I ended a FaceTime call. The device would not switch off and I had to go into settings/ general and switch it off. This unlocked the block from FaceTime but now when I connect my phone to my Mac it dings as the charging sym
Now when I connect my phone to the Mac it dings repeatedly and the charging symbol flashes. It asks for a software update but tells me the update is not available from my supplier
