I’ve noticed some issue I’ve come across with after just updating my phone to the ISO 11.4.1 what should I do?

Just yesterday I decided to update my phone to the ISO 11.4.1 noticed my phone was getting a little hot didn’t really put much attention to that but thought it was pretty annoying how my phone was still at 81% while it had been charging for about half an hour. Before I went to bed my phone was at 100% just woke up again and as I reached for my phone I realized it was pretty hot and heated and noticed my battery percentage went down to 40%.

You might have an app that's eating all your battery. See About the battery usage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support to find it. Also reboot your iPhone after closing all background apps.
