When I burn cd’s around track 5 to 7 on every CD it seems to drop a title and the names go out of sync. So song 6 title is song 7’s real name. Happens on over 30 CD’s I’ve burned. All the song tracks are there.
Use the right-click option on the name of the playlist in the side bar in preference to File > Burn Playlist to Disc. The latter method is unreliable in recent builds.

That's the only way I ever set up a burn, but that does not solve the issue - I've had a 99% fail to burn issue with the last 8 versions of iTunes, and for the last 4 it does this for the 1% of successful burns. The worst part is that it will put song title on songs that are not even on the playlist. I had an entire CD of Alter Bridge songs but 1/2 the titles show up as Black Sabbath and MxPx. I even did a complete rebuild of 2 different machines and reinstalled iTunes on the fresh OS - same issue.
Ah, I've posted something in your other thread: Why can iTunes no longer burn CDs? Do you need to include CD text? Will your player handle data CDs instead?
