I'm unable to install the newest OS 10.13.6. Currently running 10.13.5 on MacBook Pro (2012)!

Try it from here:

Download macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 Combo Update

If it still won't install, try installing it in Safe Mode:

Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support
