I have iPhone 5c..when I try to use google maps in my car it says internet not connected. My Bluetooth is on and personal hot spot is on...also I have my map data on. What am I doing wrong....it works in the house when connected to WiFi...

You're welcome; I'm glad it's working Google Maps does not store maps on your phone; it downloads them as needed, so it must have a data connection to work. It will keep the maps it downloads for a while, so if you drive the same route frequently it won't have to download them every time.
You need to have Cellular Data on. You don't need Personal Hotspot, and it should be off. In fact, if it is on it will interfere with Wi-Fi access.
