Unauthorised charge of 2749/- by iTunes

why was I charged 2749/- for an app when it was on free trial for 3 days? I downloaded an app to try it and deleted it within a day as I didn’t want to purchase is but I still got charged. How can I get a refund for the same ?

If the app had an auto-renewing subscription within it then only deleting the app won't stop the subscription, you have to cancel it : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


In terms of a refund purchases are considered final, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
