Where is the Advanced section on my iCloud settings to restore a deleted reminder?

I need to restore a deleted reminder but cannot find the Advanced section in my iCloud settings

iPad mini (Retina) Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 7

Sign in with your Apple ID and password in www.icloud.com using your Mac , click on settings on the bottom left corner of the window you can see advanced section , click on restore calendars and reminders .
