In Numbers. Where are My Templates stored?

Numbers version 3.6.2

OSX 10.11.6 iMac mid-2007 24"

The answer given on an old Community question is a little cryptic for me. I just want to change the names I've given to several templates. I think I used to be able to do this quite simply. But now I seem only to be able to reach the folder by way of saving another template to it.

iMac (24-inch Mid 2007), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Hi Peter,

But now I seem only to be able to reach the folder by way of saving another template to it.

It seems that you have set Numbers > Preferences > General > For New Documents > Use Template.

User uploaded file

With that setting, you need to hold down the option key when using Menu > File.

'New' changes to 'New From Template Chooser'.

In Template Chooser, right click (or control click) on a custom template to see a menu for Rename or Delete.

Regards,

Ian.
