DIRECTV

I have been having a problem signing on with my tv provider with DIRECTV with an error that states we are sorry but you are not authorized to access this website. Please verify you are authorized and re-enter your user ID and password, has anybody else had this issue and has anybody else found a solution?

It won’t work using my email so I’ve been using the access ID that I created and it’s been working, this issue is happening just recently. I’ve been on the phone with customer service and support tax a DIRECTV and they have no answer to my problem. But after doing a little bit of research I found out that the problem lies on the AT&T side so I guess I need to get a hold of them and find out what the **** going on...
