High Sierra 10.13.6 keys not working

Since I installed High Sierra 10.13.6 some of the keys do not work. Bought a new key pad but problem persists. Any solutions ?

Try resetting your Mac mini's SMC:

Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac- Apple Support
