If you didn't respond to it in any way (you didn't click or tap on a link, didn't call, didn't enter your Apple ID or password) you can completely ignore it. If you did respond, change your Apple ID password: Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support. If you provided a credit card, call your issuer and cancel it. If you don't have 2 factor authentication on your phone you probably should add it, but not because of this scam; it's just a Very Good Thing.
