Proxy PAC & Authbrokeragent

Dear Apple-Community,

we currently have a test pilot for macOS Devices in our company. We registered some issues with our Proxy configuration.

We are using a Proxy *.Pac which includes the needed settings (proxy servers, ports, and other rules) .

We set it up as Automatic Proxy Configuration (proxy pac url) in Network Adapters.

So far so good. The Systems ask after starting Safari for the first time (try to reach google.com) for the Proxy-User Credentials. The Proxy credentials have been stored in the Keychain now.

After a few minutes / hours the Proxy stucks (Safari won't open any website) . When I start the "activity monitor" and kill the process authbrokeragent everything is working fine again - at least for a few hours.

seems that after killing the process the access to the stored credentials will be accepted.

this can't be a solution and would be very happy to solve this issue because its the last thing we need to fix to be macOS ready in our company.

kind regards

Christos from Germany

macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)
