MacBook Air Monitor Brightness

I can't control brightness of my MacBook Air Monitor. Nor keyboard buttons neither system setting are available to control or adjust brightness. I use High Sierra. Does somebody have similar issue?

I understand you're unable to change your brightness on your MacBook Air. I'd be happy to help out.
