AMD Radeon RX Ellesmere Prototype

Hello,

I just got a 2017 Retina 5K iMac and the Blackmagic eGPU.

For some reason, the eGPU is being displayed as an "AMD Radeon RX Ellesmere Prototype" in both the Activity Monitor and System Profiler.

Is this normal? I've never seen the word "Prototype" on reviews and nothing comes up in Google.

8GB 2400MHz DDR4

(Internal GPU) Radeon Pro 580 8192MB

(External GPU) Blackmagic eGPU
