What is Error 4013 exactly?

Hello! I have a problem with my iPhone 7 Plus... I cannot restore my iPhone and it says Error 4013 occurred... What does this error mean exactly? Is there a software or hardware problem? Or maybe with the home button?

Why home button:

My iPhone was in a reboot loop for around 20 minutes, and then it actually stopped itself from the reboot loop and was fine, until.... After I entered my passcode it said that my home button isn't working and the home button icon appeared on the screen in the right bottom corner. After 10 minutes it was in a reboot loop again and 5 minutes later it turned off completely. Although, if I press the power on/off button it shows a white screen with the Apple logo and then turns back off and stays like that, meaning it wasn't in a reboot loop anymore, but it didn't work either.

Can someone help me? What should I do? 😟

The cable isn't; I tried restoring it yesterday at work too. Tried from a colleague's MacBook as well. It still gives the error... I think it's from the display because I changed it in March. My dog was running to me from the living room to the kitchen and then jumped on me and I dropped my iPhone... It wasn't really that broken, but when you slide with your finger it was disturbing. Anyway, I had the iFixIt screen protector (which is made of titanium) and guess what..... 2 weeks later the display was even worse: it didn't work, there were a lot of cracks, and the top side was black (career, clock, battery etc). After 2 hours the right side started to become green. And yeah... had to change my display.... And it looks like it's fake. But still.... I got the same problem in June (reboot loop), but I managed to restore it, there was no error... why now?
