need to remove my wife's name as sender in email

For some strange reason my wife's name has appeared in outgoing emails which I send. How can I remove her name as "sender?" Is this an Apple issue or one with my ISP?

Mail>Preferences>Accounts Verify your account is set up with the correct email address.

Verify in your Contacts.app that same email address is associated with your name only.

>System Preferences>iCloud> verify your name and email or correct here>Account Details

>System Preferences>Internet Accounts> verify you are see the correct details associated with your email
