Is MAC AUTO FIXER a legitimate arm of of Apple. It comes on when I turn on the Mac. How can I get rid of it?

I get MAC AUTO FIXER when I turn on my MACBook AIR. Is this a legitimate arm of Apple that I can use or is it a scam that I should get rid of?

MacBook Air, iOS 11.4.1

Mac Auto Fixer is a Potentially Unwanted Application (PUA) developed by rogue vendor “PCVARK”. You can read my blog to remove it manually: Remove Mac Auto Fixer from Mac OS X - SecureMacOS
