Separating raw+jpeg files

i recently imported about 500 photos from my camera to photos on my Mac running high Sierra, I would like to delete the jpeg files and just wind up with the RAW files, is there an easy way to do that? Thanks

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)

In future, if you do not want to import the JPEGS to Photos, but keep them for reference, you could use Image Capture to import your image files from the camera to Photos.

The column View in Image Capture lets you sort the image files by the kind and this way you can easily select only the RAW files for importing to Photos. Just click the title of the column with "Kind" to sort by the kind. And set "Import to" at the bottom of the panel to "Photos":

The screenshot below shows, how I can select the CR2 files from my Canon camera after sorting by kind in Image Capture.

One thing that I did notice, is that the process is beastly slow. I had about 400 images ( 90 mb each) once I selected the RAW files and said import to photos, it took about 1/2 hour, now the Images are showing up in my photos about every 5 minutes. I won’t know if they all imported until the end of the process which I estimate to be about a day.
