Move Music library to a new Apple ID I have established a separate Apple ID account in the country to which I migrated in 2017 (Australia), while still maintaining my account in my country of origin (USA). I would like to migrate or import my iTunes Music library from the USA-based Apple account to the new Australia-based one. I would intend to do this on my MacBook Pro, where I am now maintaining two logins, one for each of those two Apple ID accounts. Is this possible? If it is, is it as simple as copying the Music/Music library and the Music/iTunes folder to an external drive and then importing the contents to Music in my new account by selecting those files as the Music library for my new account? iTunes will not play music from my cds I used to live in the uk I have an extensive cd collection a lot of which I loaded onto my iPhone and iPad via a windows pc. Whilst in the uk I could play all those songs I have retired to Cyprus and now most of the music I have put on my iPhone iPad will not play I get a message not playable in your region !! Why ?… I have paid for the cds ? for the avoidance of doubt ..I have never uploaded a song without paying for it very frustrating when iTunes will allow me to pay for a song to play it ..AGAIN !!! …but won’t let me play my already paid for version

ITunes songs not crossing borders So I get the whole export restriction thing on the iTunes music store and blah blah blah, but when I switched I lost access to songs that are ABSOLUTELY in both the US and NL/EU store (I have numerous examples that I could rebuy from iTunes EU - same song, artist, album, everything). Anyone know how to report this to apple to get my purchases made available - none of the support options seem to line up?

No, the iTunes Store doesn't permit cross border sales.
