Apple joint venture website cannot schedule calls

I am an apple joint venture member and have been trying to make a phone appointment through the Apple joint venture website for two days. When I click on "Schedule a Call" I get a message that "We're unable to confirm your appointment. Please try again later". I've been getting this for two days straight. What is going on? I've seen this before, especially on weekends. Are they just overloaded? Anyone else having this problem or found a solution?
