Using iCloud I want to view my PC hard drive photos on my iPhone 7 .

Using iCloud,how do I view my 65,000 photos on my PC hard drive on my iPhone 7+.

i have upgraded to a 2 terabyte account.

For the life of me,I can’t figure it out

Keep in mind if you upload all 65,000 pictures to iCloud Photo Library, then you will need to download all 65,000 onto the iPhone to see them there. iCloud is a synchronization service - it sync‘s your photos across your devices. It does not independently store them in iCloud. If you afterwards delete photos from the iPhone, you’ll delete them everywhere that is sync‘d via iCloud.
