So, basically, whenever a song of preordered album becomes available, we get a email notice, but for a couple of weeks, I haven’t got a email notice for Ariana Grande’s ”God is a woman” on her upcoming Sweetener album, and is not appearing in my “Not on this iPhone” feature, and also I have had my Low Power Mode off. What else ways to download preordered available songs?
If the song is available you should have received an email - if it is available have you now paid for the song, does it show on the account's purchase history ? Pre-orders are only paid-for on release, not at the time of pre-ordering.

No, that means you've pre-ordered it, it does not mean that you've bought anything.
