"mdworker" etc... consuming CPU

Hi,

So recently my mac has been running lots of mdworker, mdstore etc... processes which are consuming a lot of CPU. I'm not exactly what is causing it - looking at the details many or them are related to "office" in some way so maybe something to do with microsoft office.

I disabled the indexing for now using:

sudo mdutil -a -i off

Which has reduced CPU massively, but obviously I want to enable indexing/ spotlight again once I figure out the problem.

I also ran an EtreCheck - the results of which are below.
