Report a problem not working

Hi all,

I have an iPhone 5, I've purchased a book accidentally in iBook and I want to get a refund. After reading how can I do that, I found out that 'Report a problem' is the way this can happen but I can't seem to access it when I click on it through the invoice I received on my email. Also, when I see my history purchases, this purchase just doesn't appear. I purchased it 1 day ago.Please let me know if you have any idea why this may happen and how to solve it.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you purchased a book by mistake and would like to request a refund, but are not able to do so through the "Report a problem" link. If that link isn't working for you, you can go to this page: iTunes Support , fill out the form and explain your issue and request.

Dianal11,

If you are not able to use the "Report a problem" link or the iTunes Support form, then the only thing left is to contact iTunes Support via phone.

Hi Becky,

Many thanks for taking the time to answer my post, I appreciate it. I tried this multiple times but the following message appears when I hit the submit button: '403 Forbidden'. I don't know what to do anymore. The purchase it's still not seen on the purchase history on the PC and I don't understand why, I think this may be the problem? I checked my credit card provider and the transaction is approved there.
