Report a problem not working
Hi all,
I have an iPhone 5, I've purchased a book accidentally in iBook and I want to get a refund. After reading how can I do that, I found out that 'Report a problem' is the way this can happen but I can't seem to access it when I click on it through the invoice I received on my email. Also, when I see my history purchases, this purchase just doesn't appear. I purchased it 1 day ago.Please let me know if you have any idea why this may happen and how to solve it.
