I want to make a complaint about the customer service offered by Apple not just the product I initially had a problem with.
NOWHERE on the Apple website is there a link to enable customers to do this-the contact links all point to product and technical support which at this stage of my repair status is irrelevant.
Has anyone else had this issue ?

You can send a feedback to Apple
You can wait for the survey or you can call Apple Customer Service. Or write them a snail mail letter.
You should receive an email from Apple asking for your feedback on their Customer Support in around 72 hours.

If you have any issue go ask to speak to the store manager.

My post is voicing a complaint/technical problem with the Apple website-there being no links to voice customer complaints(therefore I think this is the correct place for this post?) or do you know of any other way to address this other than to go to a store?

That was the same page that the local store directed me to but unfortunately the feedback page only deals with products-not the actual customer service support channels.
