unable to download files on ipad pro
Hello All
I am trying to down load files using FltPlan Go app downloaded from the App Store.
I am unable to download any files from that app.
I am able to access the file. It begins the down load for a two or three seconds and then suddenly freezes.
I have tries uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
I tried forced shut down by pressing simultaneously the home and wake up buttons.
None of the above has helped

There is no warning or caution notice
This problem has been going on for a while. I have done my trouble shooting with Rogers and FltPlan Go and they both have diverted the problem solving to Apple.
So, please help

I think it is probably in the iPad setting. I have erased all content and setting including apps from the iPad and reinstalled everything a fresh, but his has not resolved the issue.
