Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Unable to complete download of any app in iPad Pro 12.9. Plenty of space available, strong WiFi. Have restarted device and restarted app store. Double-click button is barely visible in upper corner of window and it pulses but will not respond.

I have two iPad Pro 12.9 devices. Both will not complete dowload of any apps. Any suggestions? I've restarted several times, closed and opened app store. WiFi is strong. After entering Apple ID we get a Confirm Button to press...no response to clicking on this. An install button appears in the top left hand corner of the screen and it pulses but clicking on this does nothing.

Are you clicking on the physical button, or are you trying to tap on the screen where you see that install button? It requires you to click on the physical button, not the screen.
