iPhones originating from Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates, as well as older units from some other Middle Eastern countries, won’t have FaceTime outside the Middle East. To check if yours falls into this category, choose Settings, General, and About; if the model number contains AB/, AE/, or UR/, it does.

If you’re within the Middle East and your iPhone falls into this category, insert a local SIM card, and if needed, install the current carrier settings. This won’t work in Israel; Israeli iPhones will have HB/ in the number.

I bought my iPhone in Saudi Arabia. My iPhone 7plus model number is MN4Q2AE/A1784, how do I get my FaceTime option on my phone. Please tell me

If you're using it outside of the Middle East, you don't. If you're using it in the Middle East, you must be using a supported carrier in a country where it is not banned to get FaceTime.
