Smart Mailbox not working on macOS High Sierra

i set up one smart mailbox and it is functioning fine. setting up a second smart mailbox, it's not working. i have entered 4 criteria and only one is being recognized. i tried "Rebuild" in the Mailbox menu that was suggested and worked for Howard, but nothing happens when i click on "Rebuild".

any other ideas how to get this to work?

iMac, iOS 10.1.1, High Sierra

Tried deleting that one and setting up a Smart Mailbox all over again?

For troubleshooting purposes try some really simple criteria.

thanks John. deleting and starting over worked. oddly it didn't want to accept the "from" and the persons name, the basis for the Smart Mailbox, but eventually i found it accepted "entire message" with the persons name.
