i cant connect my blue tooth hearing aids to my new IphoneX

Phonak comPilot 11 external microphone for my hearing aids is not able to connect to devices with Bluetooth turned on in my IphoneX. I followed instructions in manual for compilot11 and it shows in devices but it doesn’t connect?

iPhone and Oticon hearing aids In the last month, I am no longer able to connect my Oticon hearing aids with my iPhone. I was able to do it before. In the last few months, I was having some disconnect problems, and now I can't connect at all. I have, of course, turned Bluetooth off and on, turned the hearings aids off and on, disconnected the hearing aids and tried to connect again (and I get one request for Pairing which I click, but then I don't get the other one and neither are actually connected). Anyone else having this problem? I'm running OS 15.5 on my iPhone SE (newer one).

iPhone SE 2020 Bluetooth not connecting to hearing aids Blue tooth has stopped connecting to my Oticon hearing aids. I have paired them again a couple of times and checked all settings that i know of that might affect them from not connecting. My iPad connects, so i know its not the hearing aids.

If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Go to Settings>General>Accesibility>Hearing Aids
