Apple 4K TV light keeps blinking

It won't turn on or off, I've unplugged it and unplugged it back in, it just keep blinking. I've tried different cables nothing works. What is wrong with it?

If it won’t start up, then you’ll have to take it to Apple for a restore procedure.
