How do I UNDO the upgrade?

Thank You, Allen, for getting back to me. I did use Time machine to return my drive to Sierra. I lost about 6 months of information but I'm up & running. Now I'm getting High Sierra update messages again, also how will I know which security updates I can do?

The security updates are based on your current OS. If they show in the App Store Updates tab, you can install them.
