Nike Training Club - no heart rate registered

I am using the Nike Training Club app (NTC) on the phone and watch. The app seems to be working fine, but it won't register my heart rate. I don't even see the green light come on for the watch. I can reboot the watch and it may do it, or it may not. Reinstalling the app on the watch will make it work for one workout, but the second one generally won't show my heart rate. I even wiped the watch to factory settings. Still, it came back with the same behavior.

I understand that you are having an issue your Apple Watch and the Nike Training Club app not registering your heart rate. I would first recommend that you see if the heart rate is working on the Apple Watch itself, without the Nike Training Club app. Take a look at this article to accomplish this:

If it works there, then you can use the following support article to troubleshoot it for the Nike Training Club app, to include contacting the developer, if necessary:
