Photos Project Extensions: Mimeo

I'm curious if anyone has made a Photos project with Mimeo. I just downloaded the app 2 days ago and began a photo book which I have almost completed. I was very pleased with the ease in transitioning to the new format and the options afforded by Mimeo. Problem is today, when I tried opening my project, it wouldn't and this popped up instead :

Project extension “Mimeo Photos” terminated unexpectedly.

I've tried restarting Photos and my computer. I don't really want to reinstall the app as my project is basically finished. I am running High Sierra 10.13.6 and Mimeo Version 2.0.3

Anybody else experience this yet?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Yes I have had that problem and I have printed two books but a third book which is a reduced number of pages of the earlier printed book is not being accepted. When clicking the buy button the photo verification occurs but the cart CC and delivery details does not come up. Sometimes I get the crash error other times not. I have tried to import the book ex the old Apple print menu and that works and can be reordered but when I reduce the number of pages the above no Cart problem occurs. I have tried to get Mimeo help but they have cancelled their 15min phone support.

Don't EVER use Mimeo! They launched the Photo Division before working out all the bugs. I am already on my third version in 3 months. I have completed a 50+ page book with hundreds of photos and I can't upload for printing. I have Chatted, emailed and even talked to general manager, but no one follows through and no one seems to care to help me. At issue seems be the fact that original full photos used in making the book must be on the computer where the book is made. The book can (or must?) be made by first uploading photos to Photos app on the Mac and then going to the Mimeo Photos app to make the book. I store my Apple Photos in iCloud and my computer doesn't have enough space to put all (5000+) whole photos (not thumbnails) on my computer. So when I try to upload the book, the message is that I am "missing assets". Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions for a solution? HELP!

Thanks for your suggestions, Léonie. My computer is never offline, nor do I have difficulties placing orders elsewhere. I also suspect a project is delivered to Mimeo servers only once payment information is received, but I never get that far. After a cold reboot (and also, with or without the firewall enabled), I watched more carefully using Console for errors: none are reported, but I see:

Thanks Old Toad. I have tried your suggestion. It opened the test photo book in the test photo library no problem. But when I went back to my normal Photos and tried opening the Mimeo project it failed again. I think I’ve probably got no choice but to start the book all over again and hope it doesn’t happen a second time. Thanks for your help anyway.
