iTunes Connect - Login Loop!

It is impossible for me to get logged in to this site! It is INFURIATING me because it means I can't submit my podcast to iTunes, which is something that I REALLY WANT to do!

NO-ONE is helping me at all - I hope to **** that someone here can help?

The only thing that happens when I try to log in, is that it makes me agree to Terms and Conditions, which I happily do - after that, I get an error which says "we can't process your request...try again or contact us"...

Well, I have tried again umpteen times! And I have contacted several Apple teams by phone, who have all been completely useless.

Help please!
