How to turn off find my phone child’s phone?

My child’s iPhone 8 is damaged and I will use the warranty to fix it, but I need to turn off the find my phone option on her iTunes account first. We tried to turn it off from her Mac, but it didn’t allow it.

You have to use the computer browser with the link below to remove Find My iPhone:
