Microsoft Translator for Apple Watch

Hi. Does anyone know how to get the Microsoft Translator app for the Apple Watch to work?? I am new to the iPhone X and the Apple Watch.

The watch is working, but the Microsoft Translator app is not translating the language I need on the watch.

I want to translate from English to Spanish. I press the record button inside the Translator app on the Apple Watch to enter an English word, the Translator app writes out the word exactly, but the watch is not translating the English word into Spanish. My iOS versions have been updated for both the iPhone and Watch.

I would be very happy and grateful if there is anyone who knows about this problem. I found the Help desk at Microsoft's website for the Translator app. But the website is not helpful at all and the user interface leaves much to be desired. I've also looked by searching the internet, but I have found nothing; not even on YouTube. Nothing useful at all. Maybe no one uses that Microsoft app? I don't know. Thanks all, and have a great day.
