Facetime camera not available(MacBook Pro 13 inch retina (Early 2015))

I am using MacBook Pro 13 inch Retina (Early 2015). From last month I am facing this issue. So many troubleshoot steps I did like, SMC Reset , NVRAM Reset, Update OS, Reinstall OS and Tried to kill VDCAssistant from Terminal. But still the problem remain same. Help me with this.

Hello hardik1204,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that your built-in camera is not showing as available in both FaceTime and Photo Booth on your MacBook Pro. I would be happy to help point you towards a resolution.

To help us isolate a possible hardware issue with your camera, I would like to have you take a look at the System Information next. Under the USB header, you should see either FaceTime Camera or iSight Camera listed:

About System Information on your Mac - Apple Support

If your built-in camera is not detected, there may be a hardware issue with your MacBook Pro. Testing if the camera is detected using a different user account would be a good next step. If you don't already have another user account set up, here's how you can create one for testing:

How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac - Apple Support

If the built-in camera is still not detected in another user account, consider visiting an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider ( Apple - Find Locations ) for further diagnosis. If you plan to visit an Apple Retail Store, make a Genius Bar reservation here:

Take care!
