Yeah it only happened on youtube, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Now it works, thanks :)
Does it happen using youtube only?
Should be this case, have you tried to contact Youtube's support team explaining your problem?
Have you already tried to delete that app, restart your iphone, then re-download it?

I would:
Call youtube's support team (or join one of their forums), and ask if they are aware of that issue.
If you get no help, yes, try and call also Apple Support.
To my knowledge, I've never read anything about your problem in this forum.

Hey, it seems like the app does it again after a few hours. It only happens to the youtube app, i dont understand whats wrong. It turns grey again after i reinstalled it for a few hours. Would calling apple service be the best way?
