I got my 2018 macbook pro 13" three weeks ago. The computer freeze at least twice. It requires hard reboot. Where should I start to look for fault? The system isn't under heavy load nor was it hot.
MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, 4 TBT3), macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)
I'm having the exact same problem on my 2018 13" Macbook Pro. I've had it just three weeks and it's frozen four times. I restarted the device in Safe Mode two days ago and back in normal mode today and it froze again.
Apps running at the time: Mail, Safari, Chrome, Grammarly, Calendar, Messages, Slack, and Amazon Music.
I can confirm this issue with 15 inch MBP 2018.
Apple care employees are acting dumb, as if they aren’t aware of this. He proposed a solution but it dosent work. He is so dumb He actually made me throw my phone at the floor.
I have exactly the same issue. It's my 2nd week of using new MacBook Pro 13 2018, but it has frozen once for no obvious reason.

I have a 2015 MacBook pro and found it was freezing when using Firefox. I carried out a general update of the system and Firefox which has appeared to work.

I was 2 hours with the support today and nothing.... they think that start with safe mode helps.... -_-
I’m having the same problem but I’ve had mine 2 months and just realized it’s been 60 days so I can’t add the apple care I planned. What are you guys doing? Are you taking them in?

The apple store has my mac and I told them it must the OS.

Mine just started doing the same. For now only when running in Battery mode. All I had open was safari.
Had it for 6 months now and it’s never done it before. This is quite worrying.
