My new app gives me this message when I try to open it. What to do?

I understand you are trying to use a new app on your iPhone and you are getting an error message. Can you provide us with a little more information about your issue? What iPhone model do you have and what iOS (operating system) version? Tap Settings > General > About to find this information. What app are you trying to open?
In general, the word "server" is usually a computer on a network that your iPhone is trying to connect to. Since this is internet related, first try restarting your iPhone and then connect to the internet using Safari. If that works, then you know the issue is not your internet connection, and once we know what app you are working with, we can try to isolate this further. Here's some initial information to get you started:

Hello Mrslund,

Thanks for confirming the details of your issue. If your iPhone is connecting to the internet, and you have no issues with any other apps on your device, then the next step is to delete the "Body&Soul" app from your iPhone, the install it again as described in If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open above.

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and App Store​
If the app still will not open after reinstalling it, then if this was a paid app, you can click on the link below to request a refund.
