After updating 10.13.6 Mac book extremely slow

Right after I updated to 10.13.6 my Mac book pro has slowed down extremely and is unusable .I have tried Reseting Pram and all solutions . The cpu usage is too much and I have uninstalled all that I could .Safe mode same results too.I ran report as suggested .

Removed all that I could.2 more things the battery is not charging also after update and I recently got an ssd installed week ago was working perfect before the update .Any thing I can do to find if the problem is in hard disk.

Remove the adware by using the Remove button from within your Etrecheck report.

Uninstall CleanMyMac as per the developer's instructions, it is practically malware. No Anti-Virus software or so-called “cleaning” apps are needed or recommended for Mac OS. They can conflict with Mac's own built-in security. At best they will slow your Mac by using unnecessary resources and at worst will bork your entire system.

If that doesn't help, I'd suspect a failing hard drive judging the amount of time it took to generate your Etrecheck report.
