As I said above. Songs in my library are greyed out - I can’t play them even though I have downloaded them. Really, this is ridiculous apple. You have got some way to go to be close to Spotify for a streaming service. Up your game.

I was having this same problem but what worked was deleting the whole album from the library than re-downloading it to the phone.

I am going to ad - don’t just tell me “this is not available- tell me why it isn’t.
