Your account cant be created at this time

Hello!

i can create apple id only with gmail or aol emails via appleid.apple.com, when i use yahoo or another email provider i get this msg after entering confirmation code ( Your account cant be created at this time. please try again later )any one knows the solution? thanks.

How many Apple ID's do you have currently and have you tried updating the email to your yahoo account after the account was created?
