MacBook Pro SLOW: Probably RAM memory AND Space Memory taken by purgeable files? Here's my Etrecheck report

Hi!

From what I've read in thèse fora, it'd seem I"ve issues with purgeable files! SUPER-Slow, crashes, etc. EVEN when I don't overload it with activities. And both the RAM memory and the space memory are at their very limit.

Here's the data on my Mac, and, below, the Etrecheck Report! Any help would be greately appreciated.

Problem: Computer is too slow

Description:

Little RAM memory, and Little Space: I open a few applications and the RAM is over 80 or 90 per cent. and VERY slow—or it crashes… And although i use external drives, the Mac itself has little memory—lots of « purgeable » files—over 40 GB. On top of that, my files decide to upload themselves to the cloud whenever I go onto the internet.
