My IMessage and Facetime wont workkk

So i did pretty much everything i read on these articles about trying to activate the IMessages and Facetime and just simply wont workk! I contacted the carrier and they also dont know what the problem is, cuz i can receive sms normally is just the IMessage feature that wont work.. and also Facetime. Sometimes show the “waiting for verification” line and it keeps on waiting likee forever. And sometimes it actually says that it cant due to some error. But what error?! Im so lost now.

Has anyone tried something different for this problem??

According to this support document, Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in Latin America and the Caribbean - Apple Support, that is not a supported carrier for the iPhone. That could explain why you are not getting it to work. What does the carrier have to say? They need to allow for international SMS sending and receiving for the phone to make contact with the iMessage servers in the UK, and receive a response. That could explain why it is not working, despite working in the past.

Not knowing what the exact text of "some error" is hard to diagnose. Otherwise, the troubleshooting steps are listed here, including the final step of contacting Apple Support. If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

This is not Apple Support, but a user to user support forum, and Apple does not participate here. If you tried everything listed in the support document, then the final step is Apple.

Probably an anomaly that it worked with the iPhone 6. Contact the carrier and see if they support the international SMS necessary for the activation, and if not, there isn't anything you can do.

The model i think is A1660 and im from Paraguay and i use Personal carrier wich worked perfect on my previous iphone 6 .. i think im definitely taking to the store to find out why :/

This would explain really, but still how is it that on my iphone 6 worked with that same carrier if it was not supported? Or just now with this 7? Maybe some new features that dont match? Idk ?

What is the model number of your iPhone? Settings>General>About>Model.

You may have to scroll to see the entry for Model.

With which wireless provider in what country are you attempting to activate

iMessage and FaceTime?
