My iPhone 6 wont ring or give me audible notifications

Since Apple replaced my battery in December, my phone will not ring nor audibly notify me of a VM or text. I don't have "Do Not Disturb" on; my Volume is up; my Mute is not on. When I go into settings, they play there.

Any suggestions on how to fix it or did Apple do something?

IPhone 6 plus no ring or notification sounds from speaker hi just puchased new iphone 6 plus unlocked and having problems having sounds or notifications coming from speaker, i have added sounds to each of my options and they play on speaker as i addded them, my music works on speaker also, but when i get call or notification the phone only VIBRATES and no sounds. On my sound screen the only two options are Vibrate with Ring or vibrate with silent, i dont see any SILENT and anything that will prohibite sound. IM not on Do No Disturb. if i up or down the volumn key on side it move up and down on screen but still NO sound on speakers. Please help thanks

XR no audio notifications after turning off Do Not Disturb Running 12.3. iPhone is only about 1 month old but in the last week or so (including when running 12.2) when I turn off Do Not Disturb, any messages or calls do not give any sound / ring. Notifications are all on and volume is at half so doesn't appear to be the usual solutions. Restarting *mostly* but not always resolves it. But this seems to happen often but not always. Any ideas or solutions appreciated! Thanks!
