Don't post your email address (unless you like spam emails), these are user public forums, you are not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple on here - I've asked the hosts to remove it.

Just deleting an app does not stop a subscription, you have to manually stop it : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

The app you are referring to is not a subscription. It is a free app with In-App purchases, so any legitimate billing from them would be for purchases that you initiated.
