Why can’t I make in app purchases when I do it tells me to visit www.apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/.

While trying to make a in app purchase I put in my password but then it says something like sorry purchase can not be complete and says visit www.apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/.

If you supplied a credit card, check its details. If not or they're correct, nobody on these boards will know; clickhereand ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
