Sadly at present HomePod only connects to a limited, and unfortunately undocumented, list of web-based radio stations in each region. You can AirPlay any others from an iOS device, iTunes or a Mac. Use Feedback - HomePod - Apple to let Apple know you'd like more general web radio support.
